Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing required.
• Doctoral degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, implementation, evaluation, and quality improvement of the nursing program.
• Ensure student learning outcomes and program outcomes are achieved.
• Oversee faculty recruitment, development, and evaluation; mentor in rank & promotion processes.
• Maintain program accreditation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with Dean and governance bodies to manage resources, budgeting, and program operations.

Education

Master’s degree in nursing
