This is a full-time, 12-month administrative position at Community College of Denver, located in downtown Denver. The college is committed to creating an inclusive environment and values diversity among students and staff.
The Director of Nursing Education Program (DNEP) oversees CCD’s Practical Nursing, Integrated Nursing Pathway, Nurse Aide, and future LPN to BSN programs. Responsibilities include supervising faculty, curriculum development, ensuring compliance with nursing regulations, managing budgets, and fostering community relationships.
Minimum: Master of Science in Nursing with accreditation, active Colorado RN license, at least 2 years of clinical nursing experience, 2 years of teaching experience in a nursing program, and demonstrated leadership skills.
Preferred: Doctorate in Nursing, supervisory experience, experience with accreditation and the State Board of Nursing, and practical nursing experience.
