Overview

The ideal Director of Nursing candidate is detail-oriented, organized, knowledgeable of policies and regulations, and passionate about supporting and training stakeholders to provide excellent resident care.

How You Will Make a Difference

1. Manage the overall operations of the Nursing Department, ensuring compliance with policies, standards, and regulations to provide excellent resident care.
2. Develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct nursing services and programs in accordance with current guidelines.
3. Assist in developing and approve the Interdisciplinary Plan of Care for each resident, coordinating with physicians, staff, and outside consultants, following regulatory guidelines.
4. Ensure accurate completion of admission, transfer, and discharge forms and reports, including assessments and care plans.

What You Need To Make a Difference

1. Current Registered Nurse license in good standing.
2. At least five (5) years of experience in long-term or acute care.
3. Minimum of two (2) years of management or supervisory experience.
4. Current/active CPR certification.

Salary Range

Up to USD $110,000.00 per year
