South Hampton Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in Columbia, MO is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) RN to lead our nursing team and ensure delivery of high-quality resident care.

You will oversee Nursing Services, provide 24-hour supervision, and guide the department to meet quality standards. Tutera resources support leadership development and care excellence.

Qualificações

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the practicing state.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Two years of nurse supervisory experience.
• Prior LTC/SNF/AL/MC experience.
• Fire and passion for working with seniors.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and manage Nursing Services for residents.
• Provide 24-hour supervision of Nursing Services.
• Direct the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards.
• In the absence of the Administrator, assume center operations.

What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Director of Nursing | DON | RN, you will be responsible for the administration and management of Nursing Services to residents in accordance with orders of the physicians and the total needs of the residents. You will also be responsible for 24-hour supervision of Nursing Services and directing the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards of care. In the absence of the Administrator, you will assume responsibility for center operations.

Do You Have What It Takes?

• A fire and passion for working with seniors
• A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state in which you are practicing
• Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school preferred
• Prior experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required
• Two years of experience in a nurse supervisory role required
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
