Tutera Senior Living & Health Care seeks a Director of Nursing (DON) in Belleville, IL to lead nursing services, ensure quality care, and supervise the Nursing Department 24/7. This role offers competitive compensation and a strong regional support structure.

RN licensed in Illinois with 2+ years of nurse supervision in LTC/SNF/AL/MC, plus an associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing, is required. You will join a team focused on staff development, mentorship, and excellent resident care.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred.
• Two years of nurse supervision experience are required.
• Prior LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage Nursing Services to residents in accordance with physician orders and resident needs.
• Provide 24-hour supervision of Nursing Services and supervise the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards of care.
• In the Administrator’s absence, assume responsibility for center operations.

What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Director of Nursing | DON | RN, you will be responsible for the administration and management of Nursing Services to residents in accordance with orders of the physicians and the total needs of the residents. You will also be responsible for 24-hour supervision of Nursing Services and directing the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards of care. In the absence of the Administrator, you will assume responsibility for center operations.

Do You Have What It Takes?

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state in which you are practicing


• Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school preferred
