Carlinville Rehabilitation and Health Care Center is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to oversee the administration and management of Nursing Services. This role requires a licensed RN with supervisory experience and a passion for working with seniors.

The Director will ensure quality care, supervise nursing services, and take responsibility for center operations in the absence of the Administrator. The position offers various benefits including health insurance and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice.
• Prior experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required.
• Two years of experience in a nurse supervisory role required.

Responsibilities

• 24-hour supervision of Nursing Services and directing the Nursing Department.
• Assume responsibility for center operations in the absence of the Administrator.

You will also be responsible for 24‑hour supervision of Nursing Services and directing the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards of care. In the absence of the Administrator, you will assume responsibility for center operations.

Qualifications
