Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate nursing care quality through resident rounds.
• Ensure accurate charting and documentation.
• Recommend staffing levels to the administrator.
• Participate in budgeting and manage supplies and staff schedules.
• Stay informed about healthcare regulations and reimbursement systems.
• Contribute to Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement programs.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state
• Management or supervisory experience in long-term care, restorative, or geriatric nursing

Certificates and Licenses
