Deer Creek Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (RN).

The Director of Nursing plans, organizes, develops, and directs the overall operation of the Nursing department to ensure the highest quality patient care in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

DON Requirements:

• Graduated from an accredited nursing school with a current Registered Nurse license in the state.
• Previous experience as a Director of Nursing and with geriatric residents preferred.
• Successful completion of a training and competency evaluation program.
• Completion of orientation as per company policy.
• Health screening and TB test within two weeks of employment (if required).
• Mandatory drug test within 90 days of hire.
• Criminal background check demonstrating no criminal activity.
• Proof of identity and employment eligibility within three days of hire.
