Job summary

EPIC Healthcare in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing department, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold the highest standards of resident care. The DON will oversee day-to-day clinical operations, mentor staff, manage hiring and performance evaluations, coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, and maintain accurate documentation for audits.
