EPIC Healthcare in Fortuna, PA is hiring a Director of Nursing (DON) for a full-time leadership role to oversee clinical operations, guide the nursing team, and ensure the highest level of care for residents.

You will lead the nursing department, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, develop care plans with physicians and families, mentor staff, coordinate staffing and training, and serve as a liaison with physicians and families.

Qualifications

• Current PA RN license required.
• Experience as DON or Assistant DON in long-term care preferred.
• Deep understanding of state and federal regulations for skilled nursing facilities.
• Commitment to resident-centered, compassionate care.
