Legacy Healthcare in Rockford, IL is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to lead clinical operations at a busy skilled nursing facility.

The DON will oversee nursing services, ensure regulatory compliance, drive quality outcomes, and mentor nursing leaders while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to enhance resident care.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN license is required.
• Prior DON experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and survey process.
• Experience managing large nursing teams and leading clinical operations.
