Job summary

Genesis HealthCare, Inc. is seeking an experienced nursing leader in the United States to oversee day-to-day patient care operations in a long-term care setting. You will drive clinical, staff, and patient experience excellence while promoting top-of-license practice and collaboration.

The role requires an RN license with the option of a BSN, plus 1 year in nurse leadership and at least 2 years of clinical experience, along with knowledge of MDS processes and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current RN license.
• At least 1 year of nurse leadership experience in long-term care.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience.
• Must have knowledge of the MDS process and state/federal regulations.
