Genesis Administrative Services LLC is seeking a Nursing Leader in Alabama to oversee patient care operations in a long-term care setting. You will direct day-to-day nursing services, promote high-quality care, and drive collaboration across teams to achieve clinical excellence.

Candidates must hold an RN license and have 1+ year of nurse leadership in long-term care plus 2+ years of clinical experience. On-call availability and knowledge of MDS processes and regulations are required.

Qualifications

Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current Registered Nurse license by the State Board of Nursing; BSN preferred.
At least 1 year of nurse leadership experience in long-term care is required.
At least 2 years of clinical experience is required.
Knowledge of the MDS process, state nurse practice act, and state/federal regulations.
On-call availability is required.

Provide service and servant leadership, direction, and administration of day-to-day patient care operations.
