Job summary

The Highlands at Owasso is seeking a Registered Nurse for a key management role to lead clinical services under the Director of Nursing. You will supervise charge nurses, ensure compliance, and help maintain quality of life for residents.

Qualifications

Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Must have a current, unrestricted RN license in the state of Oklahoma
• 5+ years of skilled nursing facility/long-term care experience with a clear understanding of clinical operations and regulatory compliance
• Must have demonstrated the ability to maintain strong employee relationships and excellent leadership skills
• ADON is experience is preferred
• BSN Preffered
