Responsibilities

• Lead by example, setting the standard for nursing excellence and guiding the nursing team to achieve exceptional outcomes

• Develop and implements nursing policies, procedures, and standards of care that align with company goals and regulatory requirements

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans that prioritize patient needs and satisfaction

Requirements
