Your Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management

• Supervise, support, and mentor the nursing team
• Provide training, evaluations, and clear direction to ensure staff success
• Maintain a positive work culture aligned with our mission of quality care
  
  
  

Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure adherence to all state, federal, and local healthcare regulations
• Participate in audits, surveys, and inspections, and address any deficiencies
• Maintain infection control, safety, and nursing protocols
  
  
  

Resident Care & Advocacy

• Promote a compassionate, dignified experience for all residents
• Respond to resident concerns promptly and effectively
• Collaborate with other departments on admissions and transitions
  
  
  

Operations & Budget Oversight

• Manage the nursing department’s budget and staffing
• Monitor supply and resource usage for efficient operations
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• 5+ years of RN experience (preferably in skilled nursing or long-term care)
• 2+ years in a nursing leadership or management role
• CPR certification required
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  
  
  

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• On-call responsibilities as needed
