Job summary

CareRite Centers, LLC in Morristown, NJ is seeking a qualified Director of Nursing (DON) for a full-time leadership role in a long-term care facility. The DON will oversees clinical and administrative functions, drive quality of care, and lead the nursing team to meet residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs.

The ideal candidate has prior DON experience in long-term care, strong leadership and organizational skills, and a track record of process improvement.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Director of Nursing in a long-term care setting is required.
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and supervisory skills.
• Strong ability to assess operations and implement improvements within a nursing department.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing supervisors and management staff.
