West State Street is seeking an experienced nursing leader to oversee daily operations in our long-term care facility in Laureldale, PA. The role focuses on clinical and staff excellence, patient experience, and regulatory compliance.

You will lead the MDS process, coordinate with nursing teams, and ensure high-quality care while managing costs. On-call duties apply; RN license required; BSN preferred; 1 year leadership; 2 years clinical experience.

Qualifikationen

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current RN license by the State Board of Nursing.
• BSN preferred.
• At least 1 year of nurse leadership experience in long-term care is required.
• At least 2 years of prior clinical experience is required.
• Knowledge of the MDS process, state nurse practice act, and state/federal regulations is required.
• On-call availability is required.
