Qualifications

• Active Maryland RN license or compact required.
• Minimum five years as Director of Nursing in long-term or skilled nursing.
• Proven success leading clinical turnarounds and improving facility performance.
• Strong history of positive state survey outcomes and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor, develop, and retain nursing staff.
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, quality measures, infection prevention, and clinical reimbursement processes.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
