Defiance Health Care Center in Defiance, OH seeks a compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) to lead nursing services and ensure high-quality resident care. This full-time role requires RN licensure, supervisory experience, and strong communication within a multidisciplinary team.

You will oversee care planning, medication administration, EMR documentation, and collaboration with staff to maintain excellent patient outcomes and education for residents and families.
