Job summary

Qualifications

• Current state RN license

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to join our team at Defiance Health Care Center in Defiance, OH. Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assess patients' health needs and develop and implement care plans
