Willow Tree Healthcare Center in Charles Town, WV is seeking an experienced RN to lead our nursing team as Director of Nursing. The DON will oversee clinical services, supervise staff, ensure quality care, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Current RN license is required.
• 5 years clinical management experience, preferably in long-term care.
• Prior DON experience is highly preferred.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate well with employees and families.
