The Director of Nursing is responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall operations of the Nursing Services Department in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures. This leader will ensure the highest level of quality care for residents while promoting a positive, engaged, and accountable work environment that supports employee retention and clinical excellence.
