Palm Shores Behavioral Health Center, a 65-bed residential facility in Manatee County, Florida, seeks a Director of Nursing to lead patient-centered nursing strategy with hands-on involvement. You will ensure delivery of high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and cost-effective operations within the Universal Health Services network.

The DON will focus on People, Service, Quality, Growth and Finance, collaborate with campus leaders, support clinical education, and advance nurse leadership

Qualifications

• Florida-licensed RN required.
• BSN from CCNE-accredited program; MSN preferred.
• Experience in behavioral health nursing management desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient-centric nursing strategy within regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate and manage nursing teams to ensure high-quality care and safety.
• Drive leadership development and staff education across the facility.
