Job summary

Arizona Pain in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a highly motivated Director of Nursing to lead our nursing staff and assure the delivery of high-quality patient care within the ASC setting.

The DON will oversee CMS accreditation, regulatory compliance, infection control, payroll oversight, supply chain, and clinical services, while partnering with other DONs and clinical directors to address ASC and patient care challenges.

Qualifications

• Experience as Director of Nursing in an ASC environment.
• Ability to oversee CMS accreditation processes and infection control.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care.
• Monitor day-to-day operations and physician relationships.
• Coordinate Pre-Op, PACU, and OR activities and staffing.
• Ensure compliance with operating policies and procedures.
• Manage materials, supplies, and equipment, and monitor payroll.
