This RN leader will plan, organize, and direct the Nursing Department, provide strategic leadership to staff, drive quality improvement, and maintain 24/7 nursing operations with readiness for surveys and accreditation.

Qualifikationen

• Current and valid RN license.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience as a DON or ADON in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations.
• Experience with survey readiness, Plans of Correction (POCs), and quality improvement.
• Leadership skills to coach, mentor, and develop nursing staff.
• Ability to read, write, and speak the English language.
