Arbor Care Centers in Nebraska is seeking a Director of Nursing to oversee nursing services, ensure quality resident care, and coordinate daily operations in collaboration with the Executive Director when present. The role emphasizes leadership, regulatory compliance, and continuous performance improvement.

Responsibilities include budgeting, staffing, rounds, charting accuracy, staff orientation, and working with the medical director to meet care needs.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid state RN licensure.
• 1–3 years of management or supervisory experience in long-term care or acute care; restorative/geriatric experience preferred.
• Supervises nursing staff.
• Proficient with personal computers.
• Willing to travel, including overnight stays.
• Must maintain regular attendance.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee nursing staff to provide quality resident care meeting standards.
• Assist in annual budgeting and monitor nursing services against budget.
• Schedule rounds to evaluate nursing care quality.
• Ensure accurate charting and documentation of care and medications.
