Qualifications

• Must be currently licensed as RN in your state.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Five years in long-term or acute health care preferred.
• At least 2 years nursing supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize clinical outcomes.
• Participate in budgeting, policy development, and staff education.
