Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license in good standing.
• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Minimum 3 years nursing leadership experience.
• Experience in home care, home health, hospice, or post-acute care preferred.
• Strong knowledge of clinical compliance, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations for skilled nursing and personal care services.
• Provide leadership, supervision, and support to RNs, LPNs, and CHHAs.
• Conduct assessments, supervisory visits, clinical reviews, and documentation audits.
• Support complex cases, including wound care and infusion therapy.
• Ensure compliance with New Jersey home care regulations, Joint Commission standards, and agency policies.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and survey readiness activities.
• Provide training, mentoring, and professional development for clinical staff.
• Partner with ownership to develop new clinical programs and expand skilled nursing services.
• Build relationships with referral sources and support agency growth.

$104,000 Base Salary + Up to 15% Annual Bonus + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

$104,000 annual base salary

Up to 15% annual performance bonus
