Director of Nursing (Finance)
Manages the day-to-day clinical services of a highly complex, multiple product line, or large community. Ensures residents' healthcare needs are met with respect and dignity, and maintains quality care as needs change. Supervises and provides leadership, coaching, and mentorship to licensed nurses and other care staff. May lead an additional clinical leadership team of five or more members. The HWD level is determined based on the role's complexity, considering factors such as size, product lines, medication management, assessment requirements, licensure, regulatory complexity, and skilled services requiring an RN.

Salary range: $81,000 - $103,180. Full-time associates are eligible for bonuses and incentives. Benefits eligibility varies by role. We encourage veterans, military personnel, and spouses to apply. Naturalization fee assistance is available for qualified associates.
