We are seeking a dynamic Director of Nursing Services (DNS) to lead our nursing operations with vigor and passion. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Mentorship: Guide and nurture the nursing team, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous education.
• Quality Resident-Centric Care: Spearhead the delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care, adapting to the increasing acuity levels of individuals in our care.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to align goals and create synergies for improved service delivery.
• Policy Development and Compliance: Develop, implement, and monitor nursing care policies, ensuring adherence to New York State Dept. of Health and CMS regulations.
• Staff Development: Oversee the recruitment, development, and retention of a competent nursing staff, cultivating a culture of fairness and learning.
• Innovation and Technology: Lead initiatives to integrate technology into healthcare practices, enhancing efficiency and resident satisfaction.
• Financial Management: Oversee the budgetary and financial aspects of the nursing department, promoting responsible fiscal management.
• Conflict Resolution: Exhibit adept conflict management skills, fostering a harmonious and collaborative work environment.
