Job summary

The Springs at Rochester Hills is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (RN) to lead our nursing team and help us continue delivering exceptional care to our residents. A strong clinical leader who develops a team and fosters a positive environment is essential.

Ideal candidates have a Michigan RN license and proven nursing leadership in skilled care, with a focus on quality outcomes, compliance, and resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Michigan.
• At least two years of nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility.
• Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and clinical standards.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a nursing team.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to resident-centered care and employee engagement.
