Surgery Partners, Inc. seeks a Director of Nursing to lead the day-to-day operations of the ambulatory surgical center, oversee scheduling, inventory control, QA/QI, credentialing, safety and risk management to support safe, efficient patient care.
Requirements include graduation from an accredited school of nursing, a current unrestricted RN license, and current BLS and ACLS. The role collaborates with physicians and anesthesia teams and directs clinical staff to ensure compliance with policies
The Director of Nursing manages the day-to-day operations of the Surgery Center. This includes but is not limited to overseeing the scheduling of procedures, inventory control, QA/QI, staff credentialing, preventative maintenance and safety, risk management and all related supporting services of the ambulatory surgical center and its personnel.

The main function of the Director of Nursing is that of leadership and promotion of cooperative staff effort.
The Director of Nursing manages the allocation and completion of assigned functions in daily operations.
