Your Impact as DON:

  • Provide strategic and operational oversight of all nursing services
  • Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff to deliver top-tier care
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Develop and monitor individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team
  • Drive quality assurance, infection control, and risk management programs
  • Partner with the Administrator to promote clinical excellence and a positive work culture

What You Bring:

  • Active RN license in [VA]
  • 3+ years of nursing leadership in long-term care or skilled nursing
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory guidelines (CMS, VA State)
  • Proven ability to manage, inspire, and grow high-performing teams
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Passion for resident-centered care and clinical excellence
