Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight for ASC nursing operations
• Ensure compliance with AAAHC, CMS, state, and accreditation standards
• Develop and maintain nursing policies, procedures, and clinical protocols
• Lead quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Monitor infection prevention and risk management programs
• Support staff education, competency validation, and professional development
• Partner with physicians and executive leadership to optimize patient outcomes and operational efficiency
• Assist with survey readiness and ongoing regulatory compliance
• Help recruit, onboard, and mentor nursing staff as the center grows

True Precision Medical is expanding, and we're seeking a Full-Time Director of Nursing to provide clinical leadership for our growing Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC). This isn't a role for someone looking to simply maintain the status quo—it's for someone who enjoys creating systems, mentoring teams, ensuring regulatory excellence, and helping shape the future of a high-performing surgical program.

What You'll Do

• Provide clinical oversight for ASC nursing operations
• Ensure compliance with AAAHC, CMS, state, and accreditation standards

We're Looking For

• Active Arizona RN license
• Previous ASC, OR, PACU, or procedural nursing leadership experience
• Strong understanding of ambulatory surgery regulations and accreditation standardsExperience leading quality and compliance initiatives
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
• Ability to build systems while supporting a growing team

Preferred Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN preferred
• Director of Nursing or Nurse Manager experience in an ASC
• AAAHC or Joint Commission survey experience
• Interventional radiology, vascular, pain management, or surgical services experience is a plus
