SCHEDULE: M-F 8am-5pm

Job Summary

As the Director of Nursing at Aegis Home Health and Hospice, you will lead daily operations within our home health and hospice setting. Your role will encompass overseeing nursing staff, ensuring compliance with health regulations, and maintaining high standards of patient care. You can expect to conduct staff meetings, provide mentorship, and facilitate training sessions to enhance team performance.

Your day-to-day activities will also include reviewing patient care plans, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and addressing any clinical concerns that arise. Typically, your schedule will be weekdays during regular business hours, allowing you to balance leadership responsibilities with fostering relationships within the team and the community.
