We’re seeking an experienced Director of Med Surg to lead Ortho-Surgical, Stroke, and Hospice at our clients state-of-the-art, 410-bed facility. This is the largest hospital in the area, recognized for its advanced care and exceptional team culture.

Position Overview

As the Director of Med Surg, you’ll:

1. Oversee a 36-bed unit with 48-50 FTEs.
2. Lead budgeting, quality metrics, employee development, and daily operations.
3. Partner closely with our Chief Nursing Officer to drive growth and innovation.
4. Maintain 24/7 accountability for the team and service line.

What We’re Looking For

Education: BSN required, Master's preferred. BLS & ACLS certifications required.

Experience: 3-5 years of Med Surg experience and progressive leadership expertise.
