A leading health care network is seeking a Director of Nursing to oversee nursing care for residents at a skilled nursing facility. This role encompasses managing nursing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and overseeing patient care standards to deliver quality service. Candidates should hold a Registered Nurse license in Michigan, with leadership experience essential for this position.

The Director of Nursing, under the direction of the Administrator and Medical Director has 24-hour responsibility for nursing care for all residents and rehabilitation patients through supervision, coordination, and participation in the daily operations. Responsible for adherence to policies and procedures, nursing process guidelines, standards of care and practice and all State and Federal Guidelines for Skilled Nursing Facilities.
