**Position Overview:** As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of nursing care within our facility. You will provide leadership, guidance, and support to our nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to our residents. **Qualifications:** - Degree in Nursing required; - Current RN license - Minimum of 2-5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role - Strong clinical skills and knowledge of best practices in nursing care for elderly populations - Excellent leadership and management abilities - Effective communication and interpersonal skills - Understanding of long-term care regulations and quality improvement initiatives
