Healthcare Nursing Center in Illinois seeks a Director of Nursing to lead skilled nursing practices and advance clinical excellence. This role is ideal for an Assistant Director of Nursing looking to progress to top-level leadership, with oversight of patient care standards and regulatory compliance.

The Director will drive QAA processes, monitor outcomes, review CMS and survey data monthly, and partner with administration, medical director and QA committee to translate trends into action.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as RN in this state; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Five years in long-term or acute health care preferred; At least 2 years nursing supervisory experience required.
• Must have, as a minimum of 6 months experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
