Job summary

Pearl Healthcare in the Northwest Suburbs IL area is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead the skilled nursing practices. This role requires oversight of quality assurance, clinical outcomes, and regulatory compliance.

The Director will collaborate with the Administrator, monitor trends monthly, and communicate opportunities to senior leadership while anticipating patient needs to minimize problems.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
• Five years in long-term or acute health care preferred
• At least 2 years nursing supervisory experience
• Minimum of 6 months experience in rehabilitative/restorative nursing practices

Responsibilities

• Role model for the company’s Vision Statement and collaborates with the Administrator to ensure implementation and compliance.

Credentials:

• Currently licensed as RN in this state; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred




• Five years in long-term or acute health care preferred; At least 2 years nursing supervisory experience required.
