Allaire Health Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to oversee the clinical operations of our Skilled Nursing Facility in Howell Township, NJ. You will lead the nursing department, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality outcomes for residents.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, an active RN license, and a minimum of 5 years in nursing leadership within long-term care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Current RN license with active status.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a nursing leadership role, preferably in long-term care.
• Strong clinical knowledge in gerontological nursing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day nursing department operations including staffing, scheduling, and budgeting.

• Conduct performance evaluations and provide staff training and development.
