Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) is required; Master’s degree or higher in Nursing Administration or Healthcare Management is preferred
• Valid state nursing license with current registration and compliance with state-specific education laws
• Proven experience in management within healthcare settings, including school or academic health environments preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, personnel management in education or healthcare environments
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team management, staff supervision, and organizational development
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and safety protocols relevant to nursing practice
• Experience with instructional leadership in education or academic settings is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners
• Proven ability to lead change initiatives while maintaining high levels of staff morale and patient satisfaction
