Job summary

Sapphire Ridge Health & Rehabilitation in Brevard, North Carolina is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to lead our clinical team and uphold exceptional resident care. The DON will be a strong on-floor presence, accountable for nursing operations, and a collaborative partner to the Administrator.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in long-term care leadership, be able to motivate staff, and drive survey readiness while maintaining a supportive, resident-centered culture.
