We're seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing department in Colorado Springs, CO. Our facility has 83 skilled nursing facility (SNF) beds, offering a supportive and collaborative environment for both staff and residents.

As the DON, you’ll work closely with a seasoned Nursing Home Administrator and Regional Nurse Consultant, guiding a talented team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to ensure exceptional care and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do:

1. Lead with Vision: Design and implement nursing policies that uphold the highest standards of care and promote resident well-being.
2. Inspire Excellence: Oversee daily nursing operations, ensuring a culture of quality, accountability, and improvement.
3. Empower Teams: Recruit, train, and mentor a collaborative team, fostering an environment of support and growth.
4. Make an Impact: Work closely with leadership to drive strategic decisions, ensuring residents’ needs are met with compassion and efficiency.
5. Champion Compliance: Maintain adherence to state and federal regulations, taking proactive steps to ensure successful inspections and surveys.
