Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care Clearfield seeks an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead a 125-bed skilled nursing operation in Clearfield, Utah. You’ll shepherd a strong CNAs leadership team and collaborate with MDS and administration to maintain high quality care.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license, a nursing degree, CPR certification, and 1–3 years of supervisor experience in a hospital or long-term care setting. A DON bonus plan is included.

Qualifications

• RN license in practicing state
• 1–3 years of supervisor experience in hospital/nursing home or related health care facility
• CPR certification
• Knowledge of long-term care laws, regulations and guidelines
