Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care Clearfield is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead a 125-bed skilled nursing facility in Clearfield, UT. The role requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and the ability to drive high-quality resident care.

The DON will oversee DON/DNS/ADON activities, supervise an established team, and partner with an experienced administration to maintain a fast-paced, high-performing nursing operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of supervisor experience in a hospital, nursing home, or related health care facility.
• Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices, regulations and guidelines for long-term care.
• Current unrestricted RN license in the practicing state; CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large nursing operation with an experienced leadership team.
• Develop nursing leaders, build accountability and strengthen teamwork.
• Advise and manage DON/DNS/ADON responsibilities to ensure high-quality care.

Rocky Mountain Care Clearfield is a 125-bed skilled nursing and long-term care facility with a current census of approximately 108 residents, including a ventilator/tracheostomy unit and a strong post-acute rehabilitation census.

We're looking for an experienced Director of Nursing (DON), Director of Nursing Services (DNS), Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), Nurse Manager, or other experienced RN nursing leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to lead a large nursing operation.

Qualifications: Required Qualifications

• A Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must have, as a minimum, one (1) to three (3) years of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, nursing home, or other related health care facility.
• Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in practicing state.
• Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to long-term care.
• Current CPR certification.
