Job summary

Sherwood-Health- is seeking a compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) to lead clinical teams in a busy hospital or long-term care setting in Charlotte, North Carolina. The DON will supervise nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain high-quality patient care through strong clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Must hold an RN license in North Carolina.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum five years in long-term or acute care settings.
• At least two years of nursing supervisory experience.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as RN in this state.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Five years in long-term or acute health care preferred.
• At least 2 years nursing supervisory experience required.
