NHC's The Palmettos of Charleston seeks a Director of Nursing to lead nursing operations and clinical excellence in a geriatrics setting. The role emphasizes supervision, policy adherence, and quality outcomes in a team-focused environment.

The ideal candidate holds SC RN/LPN licensure, BSN/MSN preferred, and has demonstrated leadership in nursing administration and patient care. This full-time position includes competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN – licensed to practice nursing in South Carolina.
• Baccalaureate or Master’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Experience in geriatrics and nursing administration.
• Leadership and supervisory experience in nursing administration and practice.

Qualifications

• RN OR LPN – graduate of an accredited school of nursing and currently licensed to practice nursing in South Carolina (Baccalaureate or Master’s degree in nursing is preferred).
• Must have professional experience in the practice of geriatrics, nursing administration, and other related areas
• Must be caring, compassionate, have a positive attitude and be a team player
• Prior experience as a DON preferred, but not required
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills in the areas of nursing administration, nursing practice, rehabilitation and partner relations management.
