Responsibilities

• The Director of Nursing is responsible for overseeing the delivery of all resident care while maintaining compliance with state, federal, and corporate expectations and guidelines at all times
• Care delivery will be tailored to fit each resident and to reflect approaches best for those we serve
• Main areas of focus and oversight include the following: care management, medication management, risk management, and quality assurance, and staff management
• This role directly supervises, motivates, and encourages all resident care staff
• An unwavering focus on customer service and resident and family relations are critical
• Qualified candidates will have a compassionate and caring style with a professional nursing license in good standing in the state of Georgia
• They will lead by example with unwavering customer service demonstrated by healthy and thriving resident and family relationships
